Now we can find SUP in most Ocean front vacation destinations, Puerto Vallarta being one of them. It has been popularized by celebrities and enjoyed by regular thrill seekers.

We will access your knowledge and show basic techniques, teach you how to stretch to prepare for few hours of fun and also how to navigate the board and use the currents to enjoy gliding on the Pacific Ocean.

SUP Lessons with Vallarta Surf Guide include
- Pick up and drop off from meeting location close to your hotel, villa, condo or residence in the Vallarta area. The driver is also your stand up paddle board instructor for the day, who will give you information about the experience you are about to embark on during your stand up paddle board lesson. He will also share with you some awesome facts about the Banderas Bay and small towns surrounding Puerto Vallarta.
- The stand up paddle board lesson is a very personal experience. Once on the beach we will start with stretching and we will go over Ocean conditions for the day.
- The stand up paddle board break where we share the lesson experience is ideal for learning.
- Vallarta Surf Guide will share techniques on conserving energy and to add stamina. Then it's time for more fun in the water.
- Ending the Stand Up Paddle board lesson we analyze what you did today to help you next time you are out paddling in Puerto Vallarta. We hope to see you back soon!
